5. Job Postings and Applications

For Employers:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your job postings
  • Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws
  • You may not discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Payment for job postings is non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate these Terms

For Job Seekers:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your application materials
  • You grant employers permission to review your application materials
  • You understand that we do not guarantee job placement or interviews
  • You are responsible for your own employment decisions and agreements

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay all fees and charges at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Pay applicable taxes
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property
